Room rates include a delicious breakfast.

Susanne's breakfasts are made from fresh organically-grown ingredients. In the summer Susanne buys local produce at the Yellow Springs Farmer's Market, including organically grown flowers. Find out why her guests say "Wonderful fresh breakfast full of flavor" and "Gourmet breakfast is fabulous!" We serve only organically grown fair trade coffee from East Africa.

Breakfasts may include:

a large selection of teas including Ceylon from Sri Lanka and Rooibos
from South Africa
buttermilk pancakes with Ned's Special Pure Sugar Maple Syrup (Ned is
Susanne's brother) (we also have Aunt Jemima if you prefer)
local eggs from free-range chickens

Caribbean apple compote
Organically grown vegetables

whole-fruit preserves
scones with currants
